KARACHI, Nov 9: Mohammad Iqbal and Mohammad Sharif goals helped ten-man Hyderi Baloch edge past Baloch Union 2-1 in the KASB soccer league at CDGK Stadium on Wednesday.
Iqbal opened the scoring in the 32nd minute, while Sharif doubled the lead with a 41st-minute strike. Afzal Ahmed scored the consolation goal for Baluch Union six minutes later.
The winners were reduced to ten players on the field when Sheroz Khan received his second yellow card in the 67th minute.
Two-goal Abdul Rahman propelled Al Shahbaz to a 2-0 triumph over Sindh Muslim.
Rahman was on target in the 27th minute and completed his double in the 49th minute. Sindh Muslim could have reduced the margin but missed a penalty in the 59th minute when Shaukat failed to score.
Hosts Karachi United were awarded a walkover against LLWC. They now lead the table with 15 points.
