10 suspects arrested
QUETTA, Nov 9: Police on Thursday arrested 10 suspects in connection with a grenade attack on the house of a banker in the Jinnah town on Wednesday night. No casualty had been reported. The Frontier Corps also took into custody 15 suspects travelling in a Taftan-bound coach, coming from Quetta, and seized illegal arms from them.
Official sources said FC personnel intercepted a passenger coach near Taftan and during search found a sub-machine gun and a huge quantity of AK-47 rifle rounds in the belongings of one of the suspects.
