White Cane Safety Day
ISLAMABAD, Oct 15: The Ministry of Social Welfare and Special Education and Al-Makhtoom are jointly organizing a multipurpose programme in connection with the International White Cane Safety Day here on Monday (today).
Special children will present different items including tableaux, songs and speeches related to the occasion.
Federal Minister for Social Welfare and Special Education Zobaida Jalal will be chief guest.—Online
