More trains for Eid

LAHORE, Oct 14: The Pakistan Railways administration has decided to run nine more special trains to facilitate the Eid holidays traffic, raising the total to 35 from 26.

The additional trains will run under the schedule as: On Oct 21, the first train to depart at 9am from Quetta for Rawalpindi; the second train at 9.30am from Rawalpindi to Karachi; the third at 7pm from Rawalpindi to Lahore; the fourth at 12 midnight from Lahore to Rawalpindi.

On October 22, the fifth train at 9.30pm from Karachi to Lahore; the sixth train (non-stop) at 7pm from Rawalpindi to Lahore; the seventh train (non-stop) at 12 midnight from Lahore to Rawalpindi; the eighth train at 4.45pm from Lahore to Faisalabad, and the ninth train at 9.15pm from Faisalabad to Lahore.—APP
