LAHORE, Oct 2: The Pakistan Football Federation has set Oct 5 as last date for the Sindh government to ensure availability of a plot for next FIFA Goal Project otherwise the project will be given to the NWFP.

PFF president Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat said at a press conference on Monday that he wanted to give first priority to Sindh.

He said a delegation of the FIFA would visit Pakistan from Oct 6 and the PFF has to inform them about the city for the second Goal Project.

FIFA had already completed the first Goal Project in Lahore.

The PFF president added that the delegation would also finalise projects in the quake-affected area for which they had already approved US$700,000.

He said an Asian Football Confederation delegation would also visit Pakistan to see the Asia Cup qualifiers match between Pakistan and Jordan at the Punjab Stadium on Oct 11.
