BRUSSELS, Sept 11: President Pervez Musharraf arrived here on Monday on a four-day visit during which he will interact with European leaders on international and regional issues and also speak at a forum on Kashmir.

“I look forward to a very substantive interaction,” the president said on his arrival.

Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri, Belgian officials and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium Saeed Khalid received the president at the airport.

“Focussing on terrorism and extremism, I will speak about the realities in Pakistan, their concern about democracy and the reality on human rights,” he said at Islamabad airport about his planned address to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament.—APP/AP
