Gang busted

LAHORE, Aug 6: Cantonment division police claimed on Sunday to have arrested 19 robbers, 78 proclaimed offenders and 146 court absconders during the last month.

Harbanspura, Manga Mandi and Green Town police arrested eight men and recovered eight stolen cattle, 12 cellphones and illegal weapons from their possession.

Those arrested were Ijaz alias Bhola, Javed, Tariq, Ghulam Husain Sikandar, Niamat, Usman and Khalid.— Staff Reporter
