SAHIWAL, Aug 3: The district government purchased medicines for health department and livestock worth Rs11.5 million without the approval of the purchase committee.
The local government department had set up a purchase committee under the supervision of the DCO. The district government purchased medicine for health department worth Rs7 million and for the livestock department worth Rs4.5 million without the approval of the committee.
