Pakistan triumph

LAHORE, July 10: Pakistan beat Iran 6-5 in Wushu at Qadhafi Stadium, Tehran, according to a press release issued by the Pakistan Wushu Federation on Monday. A Pakistan team is in Iran on a training tour as part of preparations for the forthcoming South Asian Games to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from Aug 18 to 27.

Pakistan only lost a fight in the 60kgs class.

The competition was organised to test the strength of the Pakistan team.
