KARACHI, July 7: Bandits took away at least 50 cellphones and 38 vehicles from different parts of the city on Friday.

Police sources said that a total of 15 four-wheelers and 23 two-wheelers were taken away from different areas. They said that seven cars were snatched at gunpoint and eight were stolen whereas 12 motorcycles were snatched at gunpoint by bandits and 11 were stolen from various parts of the metropolis.

At least 16 cellphones were snatched at gunpoint while 34 cellphones were reported stolen from different parts of the city. Five cellphones were reported missing on Friday.
