MARDAN, June 14: Nazim Mardan tehsil Ihsanullah Bacha is trying to raise about Rs11 million for treatment of 220 hepatitis patients in Mardan district.
Talking to Dawn here on Tuesday, he said that there were thousands of hepatitis patients in his district but the town municipal administration (TMA) had taken up cases of only 220 patients.
He said that huge funds were required to complete treatment of these patients.
