HYDERABAD, May 29: Sindh Taraqi Passand Party chairman Dr Qadir Magsi has rejected allocation of 40 per cent government jobs for the Muttahida Qaumi Movement and all jobs in multinational companies only for Karachi-domiciled candidates.

Speaking at a press conference at the Hyderabad press club on Monday, he demanded that the Sindh government should make MQM’s charter of demands public as the people of Sindh had every right to know about its plans.

He said that if the Sindh government lacked moral courage to make the demands public, then it was duty of the federal government to tell Sindhis which demands of the MQM had been accepted.

He said that some ministers and advisers had disclosed only two demands of the Muttahida Quami Movement, that it had been given a licence to demolish Sindhi villages, which had been existing since after 1985, and that only the people domiciled in Karachi would be given employment in all enterprises in Karachi.
