Azhar shines

LAHORE, April 29: Four-goal Azhar Ali helped Sherwood beat Dew Drops 7-4 in the Low Goal club polo on Saturday. The winners took 2-0 lead in the first chukker as Azhar scored his first while Mir Shoaib Ahmed doubled the lead.

The losers reiterated in the second chukker to level score 2-2 as Ashfaq and Taimur Ali Malik scored a goal each.

Dew Drops surged ahead 4-3 in the third chukker as Sameer Oberoi and Ashfaq pumped in a goal each. Azhar slammed his second goal for the winners.

Four goals in a row, two by Azhar and Shahzad Aziz, each in the fourth chukker changed the fortunes as Sherwood completed a convincing win.
