Woman killed

ATTOCK, April 27: A woman was killed and 11 others were injured in two separate accidents on Wednesday night on Fatehjang-Rawalpindi Road.

Police said a coach (RLD-1337) from Talagang was heading towards Rawalpindi when it overturned due to speeding near Qutbal village in the jurisdiction of Fatejang police station.

As a result, a woman named Zainab Bibi died on the spot while 10 other from the same family were seriously injured.

In another road accident, medical officer Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Fatehjang, Dr Aftab Bukhari was going to Fatehjang when he lost control of his car and suffered injuries. He was taken to the District Headquarters Hospital Attock.— Our Correspondent
