Pakistan meet Bangladesh today

ISLAMABAD, April 21: Pakistan play Bangladesh on Saturday in the opening match of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Under-14 Festival of Football.

In a match to be contested under Format-I, the game will be of 30 minutes duration with no substitutes allowed, unless until there is a serious injury, officials said.

"The team is in good shape and our display will impress the AFC Development Officer Jita Singh," Pakistan coach Gohar Zaman said on Friday.

There will be eight other matches to be contested on Saturday with Pakistan also playing Bhutan and Nepal while Pakistan A will face off Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan.

Chaudhry Abdul Rasheed will be managing the Pakistan Under-14s while Hafiz Shoaib Butt has been named Pakistan A manager.

Fixtures for Saturday: Pakistan v Bangladesh, Nepal v Bhutan, Pakistan A v Sri Lanka, Pakistan v Bhutan, Bangladesh v Sri Lanka, Nepal v Sri Lanka, Pakistan A v Bangladesh, Pakistan v Nepal, Pakistan A v Bhutan.
