LAHORE, April 16: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), the only unbeaten side of the Pentangular Cup, meets PIA while Faisalabad clash with Karachi Harbour in the fourth round of the contest, starting from Monday.

The bankers, winners of the Patron's Trophy, are leading with 18 points having won all their matches, beating Sialkot, the champions of the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Gold, by 41 runs and a formidable Faisalabad, the runners-up of the same event, by 10 wickets inside two-days.

NBP are also top in run-rate at 0.464.

The national carrier, runners-up of the Patron's Trophy, having nine points from two outings, are trying their best to to earn an outright win against the leaders to match their points tally.

PIA had showed inconsistent performance, beating Karachi Harbour by nine wickets, inside two-days but lost to Faisalabad by same margin, also in two days.

Faisalabad with two wins and one loss have scored 18 points and will be playing the last match of the Cup against Karachi Harbour, the winners of Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Silver.

Faisalabad made a fine start in the tournament, crushing Sialkot by 130 runs, besides inflicting nine wickets defeat over PIA, but their thrashing at the hands of NBP halted their winning streak.

Karachi Harbour have lost both the matches and are at the bottom in the five-team contest. In the last match they were beaten by Sialkot by three wickets.

Sialkot are the second team after Faisalabad which had played three matches.
