Award for Vietnamese company

KARACHI, April 10: The Pakistan Commodity Traders Association (PCTA) has announced to give the best Export Award for 2004-05 to a Vietnamese company. A three-member delegation from Hapro, a leading Vietnamese company dealing in food and agriculture produces, on Saturday held a meeting with members of the PCTA for promoting bilateral trade between Vietnam and Pakistan.

Raees Ashraf Tarmohammed, President of the PCTA, told Dawn that the company was interested in helping Pakistan meet it sugar demand. He said delegation leader Pham-Van Cong assured that if demand created his company would ensure supplies. Accompanied by Vietnamese Commercial Consular Nguyen Hong Tin, the visiting team also expressed desire to enter into green and back tea trade with Pakistan.
