LAHORE, April 6: The Punjab University students held a demonstration outside the press club on Thursday against the Balochistan operation. Holding placards and banners they chanted slogans against the government for killing its people to please ‘foreign masters.’ They said no Al-Qaeda activist was hiding in Balochistan and tribal areas and the government must stop military action there immediately. They also condemned the US for pressing Pakistan to implement its agenda. They later dispersed peacefully.
