MANAMA, April 2: A cruise boat that capsized off the coast of Bahrain killing at least 58 foreigners was sailing without a proper licence, the country’s interior ministry said. The dead were 21 Indians, 13 Britons, five South Africans, five Filipinos, four Singaporeans, four Pakistanis, two Thais, a German, an Irish and a South Korean. Sixty eight people survived.
