RIYADH, March 31: Saudi Arabia denied on Friday a German press report that it was working on a secret nuclear program with the help of Pakistani experts. The report “is totally unfounded,” a defence ministry spokesman told the SPA news agency, recalling that the kingdom “advocates imposing nuclear non-proliferation in the (Middle East) region”. Pakistan had on Wednesday rejected the report.—AFP
