PESHAWAR, Feb 27: An Accountability Court here on Monday declared Roshan Khan Khattak, former executive director of the defunct Federally-Administered Tribal Areas (Fata) DC, as proclaimed offender following his failure to appear in court despite being summoned.
Accountability Judge Khalid Badshah also issued warrants for his arrest.
The accused was charged by the National Accountability Bureau (F) with allegedly accumulating millions of rupees through corrupt practices .
Meanwhile, the same court has handed over a copy of reference to accused Yar Khan, also an official of the defunct Fata DC, in a corruption case.
The court will frame charges against the accused on March 14.—APP
