LAHORE, Feb 11: Recruitment process in Punjab government departments will be completed by June 30, 2006, says a spokesman in a handout issued here on Saturday.

According to him, the chief minister has lifted the ban on recruitments in all departments and directed to fill in vacant posts by June 30.

All departments and district offices have been allowed to fill in 50 per cent of their vacant posts in basic 1-4. The departments have further been directed to intimate completion of the recruitment process to the government immediately after June 30, 2006.
