KARACHI, Feb 3: The Sindh government has authorized town / Tehsil / Taluka Municipal Officers (TMOs) to file complaint in the court of competent jurisdiction regarding commission of any offence under marriage function (Prohibition of Ostentatious Displays and Wasteful Expenses) Ordinance 2002 instead of District Officer Revenue, said an official handout on Friday.—PPI
