Three perish in car-bus collision

GUJRANWALA, Jan 2: Three people were killed in a collision between a car and a bus at Cantt Morr on GT Road here on Monday. Reports said a car was going to Islamabad when it collided with a speeding bus coming from the opposite side. Three car-riders Azam, Ashraf and Boota Masih died on the spot.

ACCIDENT: A wagon driver was killed and a conductor injured in a road accident on GT Road at Ghakkhar on Sunday.

Reports said the wagon was on its way to Gujranwala from Wazirabad. At Ghkkhar town the vehicle collided with a tractor-trolley as a result of which M Kamran was killed on the spot and Muhammad Boota sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to DHQ hospital in a critical condition.

Police have registered a case.
