Get-together planned at university

PESHAWAR, Dec 14: The history department of the University of Peshawar will hold an Alumni Association get-together on Monday. A university press release said that around 120 graduates of the department had already got themselves registered for the programme and more were expected to enrol.

Department chairman Dr Minhaj-ul-Hasan said that those who had achieved success in their profession would be an inspiration for new students, the press release said. Mumtaz Gul, the vice-chancellor, will be chief guest on the occasion.—Bureau Report
