LAHORE, Nov 23: Top seed Aqeel Khan continued his winning streak beating Roman Gul 6-2, 6-2 to cruise into the pre-quarterfinals of the National grass court tennis championship at Bagh-i-Jinnah on Wednesday.
Nomi Qamar also entered the next round outpointing Shahzad 6-2, 6-2. Jalil Khan started on a wrong foot against Fahad Ali but soon recovered to win 7-6 (4), 6-1. Rashid Malik showed prowess in beating Lt Umar 6-0, 6-0 in 30 minutes.
