Zaka to lead deaf squad

LAHORE, Oct 13: Zaka Ahmed Qureshi will lead Pakistan 16- member deaf cricket team in the second World Cup which starts in India from Nov 17. Mohammad Saeed will act as deputy of Zaka.

Nadeem Zafar has been appointed as manager and coach of the team. Umar Fayyaz is the assistant coach while Javed Iqbal is physiotherapist.

Mrs Farzana Waqar is the interpreter.

Team: Zaka Ahmed Qureshi (captain), Mohammad Saeed (vice captain), Yasir Nazir, Bilal Aslam, Aamir Naik, Nabeel Anjum, Adnan Ghani, Mohammad Hasan, Usman Gohar, Ihsanullah Khan, Mohammad Iqbal, Naseer Ahmed Butt, Navid Ashraf, Mohammad Shakil, Naeem Beg and Mohammad Razzaq.
