Sports stars to raise funds
KARACHI, Oct 12: Country’s past and present sportsmen will assemble on Thursday to raise funds for the earthquake victims Among those who will turn up for this noble cause on Thursday at Regal Chowk, Saddar, at 12noon are squash legend Jahangir Khan, hockey Olympians Islahuddin, Hasan Sardar, Samiullah, Test cricketers Muhammad Yousuf (Yousuf Yohanna), Shahid Afridi, Moin Khan, Salahuddin Sallo and former world snooker champion Muhammad Yousuf. They will visit each and every shop of Saddar and surrounding areas urging the shopkeepers to contribute towards the relief fund.—Agencies
