ISLAMABAD, Oct 9: Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz has ordered that an air bridge be established with Pakistan to ensure uninterrupted supply of relief goods, including ambulances, tents, medicines, and clothes, in view of the massive damage caused by the earthquake.

This has been announced by the Saudi embassy here on Sunday. It said that a team of Saudi experts was arriving in Islamabad to coordinate with their Pakistani counterparts to ensure expeditious dispatch of relief supplies to the quake victims.

The leadership, the government and the people of Saudi Arabia are fully committed to doing whatever possible to alleviate the sufferings of the victims of this calamity, the statement said.
