Optimist regatta
KARACHI, Sept 21: Upcoming boys and girls sailors will feature in the three-day 15th National Optimist sailing championship (under-15) which will commence at the PAF Yacht Club, Korangi Creek, from Friday.
The event being held under the aegis of Pakistan Youth Sailing Association (PYSA) will form basis of selection of Pakistan team for the International Optimist Dinghy Association (IODA) Asian sailing championship which would take place at Bangkok from Oct 5.
Waleed Tobeh and Ghazal Mir Masood will defend their boys and girls titles respectively.
