HYDERABAD, Sept 14: A large number of mud-houses were submerged in water following a breach in the settlement pond of the Water and Sanitation Agency in Latifabad Unit No. 4 late on Wednesday night. The actual cause of the breach could not be ascertained. It is believed that the breach was caused by the weak embankment.
