LAHORE, Aug 22: Pakistan women, for the first time, will take part in the 16th Asian football championship qualifying rounds in 2007. To prepare and select the team the first national championship is being held at Islamabad from Sept 22 to 30. Meanwhile, trials to select Punjab team to take part in the national championship will be held at the Punjab Stadium on Aug 27. —Sports Correspondent
