PESHAWAR, Aug 8: Entrance tests for the engineering university and medical colleges will be held on Aug 21 and Sept 25 in Peshawar and Abbottabad. This was announced by the NWFP Education Testing and Evaluation Authority.

The ETEA Executive Director Dr Iqbal Shah said here on Monday that the application forms were available in the relevant colleges and university. The Frontier Constabulary and Pakistan army will supervise the tests at the Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar and Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad, respectively, he added.

This year about 7,500 candidates for the medical colleges and about 5,500 for the engineering university filed applications, Dr Shah said. The aptitude tests will start at 8:00am while the gates of the test centres will open two hours before the commencement of the examination.
