LAHORE, May 12: Beenish Ameen declared the best athlete of the meet helped the Sports Sciences and Physical Education Department with 51 points to win the Punjab University Inter-department athletics championships for women on Thursday.

Results: 100m: Beenish Ameen 14.22 sec; Sehrish Nawaz; Shaheena Yaqoob.

200m: Beenish Amin 34.82sec; Sehrish Nawaz, Shaheena Yaqoob.

400m: Sehrish Nawaz one min 21.03sec; Shaheena Yaqoob; Yasmin Tabbasum.

800m race: Sehrish Nawaz three min 32.16sec ; Shaheena Yaqoob; Sanaa.

100m hurdles: Beenish Amin 20.18sec; Raheela Ayaz; Sehrish Nawaz.

4x100 relay: Punjab University Greens, one min 5.16sec; Punjab University Blues; Punjab University Whites.

Long-jump: Beenish Amin 14.4m; Sehrish Nawaz; Raheela Ayaz.

High-jump: Raheela Ayaz 4.6m; Beenish Amin; Sherish Nawaz.

Javelin throw: Yasmin Tabbasum 25 m; Iffat Bano;Yasmin Aashiq.

Discus throw: Iffat Bano 81.11m; Nayab Afzal; Samyab Aslam.
