KARACHI, April 26: An Anti-Terrorism Court acquitted on Monday two activists of the banned Harkatul Mujahideen Al-Alami in a pump blast case. Judge Feroz Mehmood Bhatti of ATC-2 exonerated Sameerullah and Mohammad Khalid from charges for want of incriminating evidence against them.
They were prosecuted for bomb blast at a petrol pump in Gulshan on May 15, 2003.
