Proclaimed offenders arrested
MANSEHRA, April 24: Havellian police arrested 11 proclaimed offenders and seized three Kalashnikov rifles, five 7mm rifles, three shotguns, 2,000 rounds, 6kg of hashish and 130 grams of heroine during the last week, sources said on Saturday.s
