Sajjad slams unbeaten 175

KARACHI, April 21: Chaudhry Sajjad smashed the highest individual score in the ongoing KCCA Centenary Inter-Club Cricket tournament in Bilal Friends’ massive 230 runs success against United Sports at Airport Stadium on Wednesday. Sajjad hit 22 boundaries and three 6s in his 175 to power Bilal Friends to 324-4 in 40 overs. United Sports in reply were bowled out from 90 in 17 overs.

After excelling with the bat, Chaudhry Sajjad took four wickets for 10 runs to steal the limelight in the match.

Leg spinner Abdul Manan took eight wickets for 35 runs but failed to prevent his team Bahawalpur Sports from exciting two wicket defeat at the hands of Taimuria Sports.

At Student Ground, Student Sports beat Muhammad Zameer Khan Memorial CC (MZKMCC) by six wickets.

At New United Ground, Ravi Gymkhana beat Nazimabad Youngsters by seven wickets.
