Jansher may play British Open 2005
KARACHI, April 14: The record eight-time World Open Champion Jansher Khan said that he is seriously considering the idea of Playing in Masters event of the 2005 British Open to be held in London this fall. In an interview with the media , Jansher, who won the prestigious British Open - considered as the Wimbledon of squash - six times, said that he has fully recovered from a knee injury that had ended his career as a professional squash player, a few years back.
Jansher, who holds the record of staying as the world’s number one player for ten years, has not played in the British Open since 1998.—-PPI
