KARACHI, April 10: Education Secretary Mohammad Hashim Leghari has cancelled with immediate effect all the orders of high school teachers and supervisors (grade-16) holding the grade-18 positions of district officers, deputy district officers and assistant district officers across the province. The secretary, through a notification, has directed all such officials to relinquish the charge of their posts in the public interest with immediate effect.

They have been warned that in case of failure/non-compliance, disciplinary action will be initiated against them. The executive district officers have been directed to ensure implementation of the above orders.

The notification contains names of 41 officials however it says that all HSTs/ Supervisors/ OTs whose names are not included in this notification and are working/looking after the posts of DOs/DDOs/ADOs in above and other districts/talukas/towns are also directed to relinquish the charge of the post with immediate effect.

The district-wise names of these officials are:

Badin: Abdul Razaq Dars ADO (male) and Ms Rehana Perveen Samo ADO (female) Tando Bago, Ms Nusrat Raja ADO (female) Badin, Ms Mumtaz Jamali ADO (female) Talhar, Ms Kausar Rubina ADO (female) Golarchi and Ms Syedun Nisa ADO (female) Matli.

Hyderabad: Ms Nusrat Baloch ADO (female) Qasimabad, Ms Yasmin Samo ADO (female) Matiari and Yar Mohammad Shah ADO (male) Hala.

Khairpur: Bhai Khan Bhumbhro ADO (male) Nara, Khuda Bux Panhwar ADO (male) Gambat and Ms Hasan Bano ADO (female) Nara.

Sukkur: Ms Hamida Jatoi ADO (female) Sukkur, Inayatullah Mahar ADO (male) Sukkur and Haider Shah DO (literacy).

MirpurKhas: Mohammad Bux Samo ADO (male) Digri, Mohammad Ilyas Rajar ADO (male) Pithoro and Mohammad Yaqoob Mangrio ADO (male) Umerkot.

Shikarpur: Syed Mohammad Shah ADO (male) Shikarpur, Sikandar Ali Bhutto ADO (male) Khanpur and Ms Shahar Bano ADO (female) Garhi Yasin.

Dadu: Ms Najma Panhwar ADO (female) Sehwan, Noor Nabi Khonharo ADO (male) Khairpur Nathan shah, Ms Fahmida Leghari ADO (female) Johi, Ms Shahida Soomro ADO (Female) Dadu, Ms Khalida Chandio ADO(female)Mehar, Ms Khadija Khokhar ADO (female) K.N. Shah and Ghulam Murtza Leghari ADO (male) Johi.

Ghotki: Abdullah Mahar ADO (male) Ubaro, Ms Sohnri ADO (female) Ubaro and Ali Mohammad Mahar ADO (male) Mirpur Mathelo.
