Universities Games from Monday

ISLAMABAD, April 8: The Second Pakistan Universities Games will be held from April 11 to 18 at Pakistan Sports Complex.

Over 4000 students from 61 universities of federal capital, Punjab, Sindh, NWFP, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir will compete in 12 different disciplines, Executive Director Higher Education Commission (HEC) Dr Sohail Naqvi said during a press conference on Friday.

Athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, cricket, football, hockey, rowing, squash, table tennis, tennis and volleyball will feature in the event.—APP
