PESHAWAR, April 5: Brig Assad Muneer (retired) was appointed secretary to NWFP Governor Kalilur Rehman on Tuesday. He replaces Sahibzada Mohammad Saeed, who has been asked to report to the establishment division, officials said. Mr Muneer will also look after development activities in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas. He has remained the official in charge of the Inter-Services Intelligence in Peshawar.
