UN observers hail bus service

SRINAGAR (Occupied Kashmir), April 3: The United Nations military observer group in India and Pakistan has welcomed resumption of bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad and other confidence-building measures taken in the recent past by the two countries, reports Kashmir Media Service.

“We welcome the progress being made and the confidence-building measures being put into place in the context of the ongoing dialogue between Pakistan and India. It will lead to lasting peace between the two countries,” Chief Military Observer, Major-Gen Guido Palmieri, told daily The Tribune. — PPI
