KARACHI : Punctuality in PIA

KARACHI, April 2: The national flag carrier, PIA, further improved its punctuality record - touching an all time high of 90.1 per cent during March as against the previous high of 89 per cent in May 2004. PIA had set the highest-ever punctuality rate of 88 per cent in March 2004.

The airline attained punctuality rate of 91.3 per cent in its domestic and 84.1 per cent in its international operations during March 2004. “The airline improved punctuality due to on-time departures and arrivals”, a PIA spokesman said.—APP
