LAHORE, March 31: The ARD supports MMA?s strike call, but a decision on its participation will be taken by a committee set up for the purpose, alliance secretary-general Iqbal Zafar Jhagra clarifies. Mr Jhagra, who is also the central secretary-general of the PML-N, told Dawn on Thursday that his party would try its best to make the strike a success. However, he said, the ARD would follow its own policy. He talked to MMA President Qazi Husain Ahmad on Thursday and clarified the ARD?s and PML-N?s stand on the strike call.
