KABUL, March 20: Afghanistan’s parliamentary elections delayed by widespread security problems and logistics in conducting a complex vote — will be held in September, nearly a year after originally scheduled. Provincial assembly elections will also take place on Sept 18, Bismillah Bismil, Chairman of the Joint Electoral Management Body, said at a news conference. —Reuters
