KARACHI, Nov 8: A decomposed body of an air hostess was recovered from Shah Faisal Colony late on Sunday night. Police said that the two-day-old body of Yasmin Malick was recovered from her rented house in Shah Faisal Colony. Police said that the woman was struck in the head with a blunt object. A brick was also found close to the body.

Police said that victim's 16-year-old daughter and her third husband were missing from the house. Her body was shifted to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for post-mortem examination.

ACCIDENT: A taxi driver died in a hit-and-run accident in Pak Colony on Monday.

Police said that Murad, 30, had parked his taxi alighted from the vehicle. He was crossing over the main road when a speeding vehicle knocked him down and sped away, police said.

They said that his body was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal formalities.
