LAHORE, Oct 12: Sri Lanka and Pakistan held practice sessions under lights at the Qadhafi Stadium on Tuesday, ahead of their clash on Thursday in the last league match of three-nation tournament.

The match is in fact a full dress rehearsal for the final to be played at the same venue on Saturday for which both have already qualified. Sri Lankan coach, John Dyson, later told journalists that Thursday's match was much important as a win would give a psychological edge to his team.

Dyson, considered Pakistan a dangerous side and said that Sri Lanka had to go all out to beat them at home. Pakistan skipper Inzamamul Haq hinted that a full time wicket keeper would be included for Thursday's clash possibly implying that a batsman from the low-order could possibly open the innings.

In that case Shahid Afridi or Younis Khan are likely to be used as openers. Pakistan team management will address the pre-match press conference on Wednesday.
