KASUR: Boy killed in aerial firing

KASUR, Oct 10: A boy was killed and another injured seriously in aerial firing at a marriage ceremony in Amreek Singh village, Mustafabad, on Sunday.

Reports said some friends of the groom started aerial firing in jubilation as a result of which Munir (11) died on the spot while Zamir (13) sustained injuries. The injured was taken to the Mustafabad rural health centre from where he was shifted to the Lahore General Hospital.

TWO KILLED: Two persons were killed in separate incidents here on Sunday. Chiragh Din was crossing the road when a speedy car crushed him to death in Naul Hathar village, Khuddian. Usman was standing along the road near the Mustafabad bridge when a motorcycle hit him. He sustained critical injuries and died instantly.
