ISLAMABAD, Oct 4: Chief Election Commissioner Irshad Hasan Khan has again reminded the members of the Senate, National Assembly and provincial assemblies to submit their asset reports at their earliest.
Under sub-section (2) of Section 42A of the Representation of the People Act, 1976, the parliamentarians and the members of the provincial assemblies are required to submit yearly statements of assets and liabilities of their own, their spouses and dependents for their publication in the official gazette as required.
