MULTAN, Aug 25: The Asif Ali Zardari Release Committee has urged PM-designate Shaukat Aziz to withdraw all the politically motivated cases against leaders of the opposition parties in order to create a conducive atmosphere for dialogue on vital issues of national interest.

In a press statement issued here on Wednesday, committee chief organizer Saleemur Rehman Mayo welcomed Mr Aziz's statement that he would take the opposition into confidence in all the matters of national importance.

Mr Mayo said, however, only the time would decide how much independent the new prime minister would be in his working regarding political affairs.
